Rajkumar Hirani was born on 22 November 1962. His place of birth is Nagpur and he belongs to a Sindhi family. His father’s name is Suresh Hirani and mother’s name is Shila Hirani. This Hirani family was originally settled in Teh Mehrabpur, Naushahro Feroze District (British India) and then after the Indo-Pak partition, settled in India. Rajkumar Hirani’s education is from St. Francis Desales High School, Nagpur, Maharashtra. Raju could never get good marks in studies. Due to the mediocre performance in studies, he did not get admission in the courses in the field of engineering or medicine, so he got his graduation in commerce.
For some time Rajkumar Hirani tried his hand in his Babuji’s business, but he wanted to become a successful actor in his life. His family wanted Raju to become a good Chartered Accountant. But Rajkumar Hirani was more interested in theater and films.
