It includes a range of illnesses, including schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety, that may have an impact on a person’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. To successfully treat mental health concerns and promote general well-being, it is important to have a thorough understanding of mental health.  

The Role of Resilience in Mental Health 

The capacity to adjust and overcome adversity is known as resilience. Resilience is essential for managing stress, trauma, and adversity in the context of mental health. People who possess resilience are better able to deal with obstacles in life, have a good attitude, and bounce back from failures.
