Early life and education of Advani (Lal Krishna Advani)
Lal Krishna Advani was born on November 8, 1927. His place of birth is said to be Karachi, Pakistan. “This region was then a part of India (before partition)”. Advani ji (Lal Krishna Advani) belongs to a Sindhi-Hindu family. His father’s name is Kishanchand D. Advani and mother’s name is Giani Advani. After partition his family settled in India.
LK Advani’s primary education was completed at St. Patrick’s High School, Karachi. After that his further education was done in Hyderabad, Sindh. D. G. Out of college After coming to India after Partition, he studied his law from Bombay University Government Law College. Contribution to Bharatiya Jana Sangh
In the year 1942, Advani ji (Lal Krishna Advani) joined the RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh). He started his career as a volunteer. Giving his services in this organization, Advani ji created many latest RSS branches. Before the partition of India Pakistan, he was involved in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in Karachi. On his return to India after partition, Matsya was sent to Alwara, Rajasthan, where he rendered unprecedented services till the year 1952. After this Advani ji worked in Jhalawar, Bharatpur, Kota and Bundi districts by staying in Rajasthan.
The year 1951 was the establishment of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh. Advani ji (Lal Krishna Advani) also joined Jan Sangh due to his association with RSS. Due to his efficient political acumen, he got the post of General Secretary of Jan Sangh in no time. After this, in the year 1957, he was made the President of Delhi Jan Sangh. Lal Krishna Advani was married to Kamala Devi in the year 1965. This couple has two children. His son’s name is Jayant Advani. He is a Businessman.
